Its goal is to provide marketing services to Property Management Companies, owners of Rental Properties, as well as Resorts, Bed & Breakfasts, Hotels, and Motels.

Locally owned and headquartered in Dunedin, Florida, we have been involved in Internet Marketing and Web Design Services since 1995. In 1998 the company began development of its first web based search service for vacation rentals through www.reservationsdirect.com. This site was launched based on database technology for presentation of properties giving the customer total autonomy regarding the content including 24 hour access to modify the information.

It was founded by Hans J. Hess, President -– who brings 30 years of experience in the computer industry and has been involved in software application development for most of those years. The company is an innovative and solid business that has experienced excellent growth since its inception. It attributes its growth to experience and to building successful marketing concepts which create results for our customers without sacrificing the quality of design or customer satisfaction.

Our management team has diverse backgrounds including corporate management in technology, marketing, hospitality, travel, and sports.
